• Artist's Alley registration is at the same table as convention registration. Once you fill out the registration form and paid the correct amount, you shall receive your badge and any additional badges purchased, as well as your table number.
• There is no pre-registration for Artist's Alley. It is on a first come, first serve basis.
• You must come early to ensure a table, as they are limited in supply. Registration for artists will open at 9 am on Saturday to allow for set-up. In regards to actually setting up, please keep in mind that you are dealing with a very small space, so keep things simple.
• Table fee per table: $10
• Limit of two tables per studio, two chairs per table
• Badge fee per person: $2.

• All art must be related to Japanese culture ex. anime, gaming, Japanese music
• All art must be PG-13
• Any other merchandise must be accompanied by art
• Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult
• We are not responsible for stolen merchandise
• Anyone behind the table must have an Artist's Alley badge and must be able to to show badge.
• Art must not be a direct copy of a licensed piece of art
• All art for sale must be done by yourself or affiliated people, ie. "studio"
• Please keep your table as neat as possible.
• It is not our responsibility to watch your booth
