  10. Categories:
Action: Pulse pounding adrenaline filled thrill rides with car chases and explosions galore. Have mentioned things probably should go boom.
Humorous/Satirical: Make with funny. No seriously we should be rolling on the floor with lots of laughter folks.
Serious/Dramatic: Bring out your inner artist and bring on the meaningful and artist videos, be it a character study, the meaning of a particular story element or theme. These should make us go, "hmmm, never thought about it that way before."
Romantic/Sentimental: This is where you break our heartstrings to the best of your ability. We should be crying by the end of these, I mean real not a dry in the house moment.
Upbeat/Rhythm: Sometimes you just have to lose yourself in the music, I mean its not like we have a room for a rave at Pokettokon.
Fan Made Video: Because sometimes that manga was made in a live action movie or TV series and not anime. Note at least 50% of the content must be Japanese in origin.

The audience of the AMV contest will determine the winner of the Fan Favorite award by ballot. Winners will be announced during closing ceremonies on Sunday.
